2. Overview of the Service

NFTCribs is a read-only web3 profile builder that lets users showcase their on-chain identities using public wallet data (e.g., NFTs, balances) and personalized visual themes. We do not process transactions or ask for private keys. NFTCribs only reads publicly available blockchain data from EVM-compatible addresses.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the wallet(s) you connect.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide in your profile (e.g., username, bio).
• You may disconnect your wallet or delete your profile at any time.

4. Privacy and Data

NFTCribs does not collect private information such as seed phrases or private keys. The only data we use is your public wallet address and the optional customization data you provide. We do not share your information with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Content and Ownership

All user-generated content (such as usernames, bios, uploaded images) remains yours. However, by using the service, you grant NFTCribs a license to display your profile on the platform. NFTCribs does not claim ownership over the content represented in your wallet (NFTs, tokens, etc.).

6. Platform Conduct

While using NFTCribs, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Upload or share content that is abusive, misleading, or offensive
• Exploit bugs or abuse the service in a way that impacts others
• Impersonate another user or entity

7. Disclaimers

NFTCribs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted access to the platform. While we aim to support accurate data from the blockchain, we are not responsible for external issues such as incorrect metadata or downtime from third-party APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

NFTCribs shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, digital assets, or any other losses. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

9. Modifications and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time without notice. We reserve the right to disable access to users who violate our terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
